- This policy applies to both paid placements and exchange-based placements.
- Continued placement beyond one year is not guaranteed unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

- A fixed amount of website traffic
- Guaranteed leads, sales, or revenue
- Specific advertising results
- Permanent search engine positions
- Approval or indexing of content by search engines
- Continued availability of third-party websites or placements
Search engine algorithms, advertising platforms, competition, market conditions, and other external factors may affect results.
7. Client Responsibilities
To help us deliver services properly, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Supply required access, materials, and approvals on time
- Ensure that submitted content, images, trademarks, and other materials do not violate third-party rights
- Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe
- Communicate project requirements clearly
- Make payments according to the agreed terms
Delays caused by missing information, late approvals, or unavailable access may affect project timelines.
